Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team to success! In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Your leadership will inspire your team, manage inventory, and uphold operational excellence. Duties

Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system oversight.
Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, purchasing, merchandising, and inventory control to optimize product availability.
Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performing workforce.
Implement effective pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize sales opportunities.
Monitor store performance through sales data analysis, budgeting, and operational metrics; adjust strategies accordingly.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and store standards at all times.

Requirements

Proven management experience in retail or a related industry with supervising responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of retail math, including basic math skills necessary for cash handling, pricing, and inventory calculations.
Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer engagement.
Demonstrated ability in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training staff effectively.
Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, bookkeeping practices, payroll processing, and operational management tools.
Experience in retail sales team management with a focus on customer service excellence.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
