Biller
On-Site/hybrid | Montebello, CA
$35 – $45 per hour

NewGen Administrative Services partners with skilled nursing facilities to provide compassionate, person-centered care. We’re looking for a Billing Specialist who can audit claims with precision and talk to families with heart—because every dollar collected directly supports our residents and our team.

What you’ll do:

Audit and submit Medicare, Medicaid, and HMO claims
Assist patients and families with billing questions—on the phone and in person
Proactively manage delinquent accounts and set up reasonable payment plans
Prepare accounts for collections when necessary, always with dignity and respect

What you bring:

Must have:SNF billing experience + strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and HMO billing rules
Must have:Confidence communicating directly with patients and families
Nice to have:2+ years of SNF billing experience
