Position Overview:

We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our growing team as Life Insurance Agents. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential, designed for those who are driven to succeed in sales, financial education, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities:

Educate potential clients on life insurance options that fit their needs
Follow up with leads provided by the Alliance and numerous partners
Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
Maintain strong relationships with clients for policy reviews and referrals
Continuously learn and improve sales strategies through company training
Build and grow a book of business for long-term residual income

Requirements:

✔ Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the U.S.

✔ Willing to obtain a life insurance license (we provide guidance)

✔ Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed

✔ Strong communication and people skills

✔ Coachable and willing to learn from industry leaders

✔ Self-motivated and disciplined in a commission-based environment
