Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As our Front Desk Specialist, you’ll be the key resource for our facility—balancing guest hospitality, front-desk logistics, and administrative support:

Front Desk Excellence: Warmly welcome visitors, manage guest sign-ins, and direct calls with a positive, customer-first mindset.
Office & Space Coordination: Keep our reception area, lobby, and conference rooms clean, welcoming, and meeting-ready.
Calendar & Logistics: Assist with scheduling meetings, managing conference room bookings, and handling incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
Administrative Operations: Support data entry, basic drafting (memos, letters), filing, scanning, and monitoring office/kitchen supply inventories.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain a commitment to workplace safety regulations and operational procedures.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 2+ years of administrative or front-desk experience in a corporate setting.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Tech Savvy: Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office platforms.
Key Traits: High learning agility, stellar written/verbal communication, solid work ethic, and a proactive "follow-through" style.
Organization: Ability to multitask, manage visitor/call traffic with patience, and work independently with minimal supervision.
