Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Recruiter to join our home health agency and drive our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help us build a diverse and talented workforce that supports our company's growth and success. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization’s future by identifying high-caliber candidates and fostering positive candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing techniques, and talent management software to attract qualified candidates.
Manage full cycle recruiting processes, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and coordinating onboarding activities.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on candidate selection and employment law compliance.
Conduct campus recruitment initiatives and external recruiting efforts to diversify the talent pipeline.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and generate recruitment reports.
Engage in high-volume recruitment campaigns, employing cold calling, candidate sourcing, and relationship management skills to fill multiple roles efficiently.
Ensure adherence to employment & labor law regulations while maintaining HR legal compliance throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Proven experience in recruiting CNAs and HHAs for a home health agency.
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively manage candidate expectations and employer branding.
Familiarity with HR systems such as Paychex or ADP for payroll integration and employee data management.
Knowledge of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, and employment & labor law principles.
Demonstrated ability in talent management, succession planning, employee orientation, employee evaluation, and employee relations.
Proficiency in using social media platforms for recruitment marketing and candidate sourcing strategies.
Experience with HR systems like Taleo or ATS platforms; ability to leverage talent management software for efficient recruitment workflows.
Ability to handle high-volume recruitment demands while maintaining attention to detail and delivering a positive candidate experience.
