Full Job Description

We are currently looking for a professional, motivated Chief Financial Officer to join our leadership team.

This position reports directly to the Company President and is a key member of the leadership team. Direct reports currently include the director of financial operations, accounting manager, and compliance manager.

Job Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities include oversight of the following functions:

Monthly close and financial reporting
Annual budget process with executive management team
Financial forecasts and 5-year strategic plan
Treasury and risk management including banking relationship
Financial operations, including credit, accounts payables, payroll and benefits
Annual financial statement, 401(k) Plan and bank audits
401(k) Investment committee
Capital management process and capital committee
Corporate tax function including federal, state and sales and use tax
Corporate tax strategy for the organization along with opportunities for credits and incentives
Regulatory compliance
Cost management
Commercial contract negotiation and reviews

Qualifications:

The following are the experience qualifications required for this position:

Minimum of 10-15 years of public accounting and financial leadership roles.
Previous CFO experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting or Finance.
