Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Payment Processor and play a vital role in ensuring seamless financial transactions from the comfort of your own home! As a Payment Processor, you will handle incoming payment requests, verify transaction details, and ensure timely processing to support our clients and internal teams. Duties

Review and verify incoming payment requests for accuracy and completeness
Process payments efficiently using our secure online systems, adhering to established procedures

Maintain detailed records of all processed transactions for auditing purposes
Monitor payment queues and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion
Assist with resolving payment issues or errors by coordinating with relevant departments
Follow security protocols to protect sensitive financial information at all times

Experience

Previous experience in payment processing, data entry, or related administrative roles is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
Proficiency in using online payment platforms, spreadsheets, and basic office software
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and clients
