Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrator/Customer Service professional to join our team! Responsibilities

Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth
Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously
Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to confidential information
Perform data entry tasks with precision using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Manage calendar scheduling, appointments, and coordinate meetings efficiently
Support bookkeeping activities utilizing QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, offering support and solutions as needed

Experience

Proven office management or administrative experience in a professional setting
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and proofreading abilities
Bilingual skills are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse clients and team members
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills, including client communication and support
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively
