Seeking Part-Time/Full-Time Accounts Receivables / Office Assistant for Civil Engineering Firm

Position Description:
Land Development Consultants (LDC) is currently seeking a full-time/ part-time Accounts Receivables/Office Assistant with the following qualifications:

Qualifications

3–5+ years of bookkeeping or office accounting experience (or equivalent).
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (preferred) or similar accounting software.
Experience processing payroll and maintaining payroll records.
Experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
Experience with employee timekeeping and timesheet management.
Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations and financial recordkeeping.
Prepare timesheet data for employee payroll and invoicing. Maintain and calculate employees' benefits on a monthly basis.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality with payroll and financial information.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business is a plus.
Prepare and create invoices for clients.
Maintain office equipment and contact specific manufacturers for maintenance and supplies.
