We are looking to hire a front desk associate.

Hours: 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a

Primarily looking for 2nd shift position with some first shifts.

Expect 4-5 shifts per week for full time. OR 2-3 Shifts per week for part time.

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face and vigilant guardian of our hotel during overnight hours. This energetic role combines guest relations, administrative duties, and security responsibilities to ensure a seamless experience for our guests while maintaining the safety and integrity of our property. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy providing exceptional customer service, and possess a passion for hospitality management, this is your opportunity to shine!

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and directing calls appropriately.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented approach to ensure guest satisfaction.
Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurate and properly documented.
Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols around the property, and controlling access points during overnight hours.
Prepare shift reports detailing guest activities, incidents, and operational updates to ensure smooth communication between shifts.
Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation records, processing payments, and managing guest information securely.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a focus on front desk or night audit functions.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly, professional manner.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse guests effectively.
Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone operations.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle guest interactions confidently.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of guest relations best practices and hospitality standards to enhance overall guest experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our hospitality team by delivering memorable guest experiences while ensuring operational excellence during overnight hours.
