Sales & Relationship Coordinator (in person)– Luxury Event Floral Company

Location: totowa NJ (must live In north Jersey area)

Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Schedule: In-person meetings & events as needed

About Us

We are a luxury event floral company based in north Jersey specializing in premium silk floral rentals, custom fresh florals, and elevated wedding installations. Our brand is built on creativity, exceptional service, and long-term partnerships with venues and planners.

We are seeking a Sales & Relationship Coordinator who will serve as the warm, engaging, organized face of our company building relationships, nurturing leads, and strengthening our presence within the wedding and event industry.

Position Overview

This role blends sales, client relations, partnership building, and administrative support. In person work includes communication, proposals, follow-ups, and lead management. In-person responsibilities include venue visits, client meetings, vendor networking, and event support as needed. Mostly during the week and some weekends.

Candidate must live near Totowa NJ (07512) or be ok with traveling as we cover NYC, NJ, PA, DE, & CT and must have a minimum of 2+ years of sales experience.

This is an ideal position for someone who thrives on relationship-building, communication, and representing a growing floral luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship-Building & Sales

Build and maintain relationships with planners, venues, vendors, and clients
Manage new inquiries and guide leads through the booking process
Conduct warm outreach for collaborations and preferred vendor opportunities
Represent the company at meetings, showcases, and industry events
Schedule and lead client consultations (remote or in-person)
Communicate with clients in a polished, luxury-brand tone

Remote Administrative Support

Prepare custom proposals, estimates, contracts, and follow-up emails
Maintain CRM/lead tracking systems and manage the sales pipeline
Organize timelines, design notes, and booking details
Assist with digital tasks such as updating listings or uploading event galleries

In-Person Responsibilities

Attend venue walkthroughs, client meetings, and vendor meetups
Support the design team during larger installations as needed
Assist with material organization or production needs as needed

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience required
Strong interpersonal skills…warm, confident, polished communicator
Enjoys building long-term relationships and networking
Experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or design-related fields is a plus
Highly organized with excellent follow-up and multitasking abilities
Proficient with Google Workspace; Canva or CRM familiarity is a bonus
Must have drivers license
Must live near Totowa NJ

This role is a part- time contractor opportunity paid hourly + a bonus structure. This role is in person.
