Full Job Description

Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team. If you are interested in the financial planning and investment management business and want to grow professionally by working alongside industry veterans, this might be a good fit for you.

You will be challenged to think like an advisor as you prepare for meetings, anticipate client questions, identify potential talking points and dive into a client’s financial plan. Primarily you will prepare materials for client reviews, assist with onboarding new clients, participate in meetings, conduct research, and review and process trades. You will work alongside a team of seasoned Relationship Managers to collectively maintain the timely responsiveness our clients have grown accustomed to and serve the advisory team. Essential Responsibilities

Cultivate relationships and provide exceptional high quality service in a professional, caring, and compliant manner.
Actively participate in the development of comprehensive financial plans.
Support advisors with client inquiries and account service issues.
Prepare for client meetings by gathering and reviewing performance reports, identify allocation or rebalancing needs, and be an active participant in client meetings.
Assist with executing trades in client accounts and managing and monitoring allocations using portfolio rebalancing software.
Efficiently follow up and complete tasks generated by advisors during meetings and other client interactions.
Provide year-end and tax season support, such as: delivering 1099s, cost basis research, management fee reporting, contribution research, RMD monitoring.
Communicate effectively in person, in writing, and verbally with clients, prospects, and others in the organization.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in Financial Services preferred
FINRA series 7 or 65 preferred or equivalent
Knowledge of Redtail CRM, Morningstar Office, Black Diamond and eMoney a plus
Enthusiasm to help clients
Passion to be successful in a team environment
Desire to serve clients based on the principle that Legacy Financial Group has a fiduciary duty to place client interests first
Knowledge of the securities industry, financial planning and investment management
Professional demeanor, including being reliable and following-through on commitments
Ability to anticipate colleague and client needs
Savvy with technology with the ability to learn in-house programs and tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strong interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain full compliance with State and Federal Securities Laws and Legacy Financial Groups internal policies and procedures
