D1 Dentistry on Main is a warm, family-oriented, fee-for-service dental practice that has served generations of families for over 70 years in the Lansdale community. We are seeking a detail-oriented, confident and enthusiastic full-time Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental office—someone who is patient-focused, service-minded, and ready to support an exceptional patient experience. You’ll be the backbone of our practice — managing schedules, staff, and patient experience — while ensuring everything runs efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities of our Office Manager include:

Provide 5-star, very warm and friendly, service-minded care to all patients
Oversee and engage in day-to-day front office operations, including scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, answering emails, and phone coverage
Supervise and support front desk and any future administrative staff
Treatment coordination- explain proposed dental work and costs to patients, set up financial payment plans, and coordinate insurance pre-authorizations
Manage insurance verification, billing, and claims processing
Handle accounts payable/receivable and assist with basic bookkeeping
Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Order and manage office and dental supplies
Coordinate staff schedules and onboarding of new employees
Ensure excellent patient communication and satisfaction
Resolve patient complaints or concerns professionally
Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and systems
Monitor phones and team-patient interactions to help develop needed trainings
Support the Owner/dentist(s) with administrative and operational needs
Support the Director of Operations with administrative and operational needs

What do we need from you?

Warm, family-oriented, patient-first attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, organize, problem-solve, and work seamlessly with a team
2+ years of experience in office management, preferably in a dental or medical setting
Familiarity with dental practice management software (Experience with Archy software is a big plus!)
Knowledge of dental insurance billing and coding
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Ability to lead and motivate a team
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

We are offering a work/life balance friendly schedule. No weekends, early out Fridays!

Monday through Thursday 7:45 am - 5:30 pm (except Wed- start at 12pm)
Fridays 7:45am-1pm
