About the Role

AzayaIT is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Inside Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive our continued growth. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and learning every aspect of a successful Managed IT Services company.

This position combines inside sales, customer service, receptionist, and marketing support responsibilities. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and prospects while helping generate new business through outbound prospecting and lead follow-up. Your Compensation is base salary plus uncaped commission

Primary Responsibilities

Make 50 outbound calls per day to generate qualified sales appointments.
Qualify prospects and identify business and IT challenges.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up on inbound leads, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Answer all inbound company phone calls professionally and serve as the first point of contact for clients and prospects.
Route support calls and general inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up.
Learn AzayaIT's services and effectively communicate our value to prospective clients.
Identify sales opportunities from inbound calls and convert them into qualified leads.
Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and pipeline updates.
Monitor the company inbox and perform general administrative support as needed.
Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive first impression of AzayaIT.
Create Service Tickets through our ticketing system.

Minimum Qualifications

2–3 years of inside sales, SDR, business development, or related experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Professional, confident, and friendly telephone presence.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM software, and general computer applications.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check.
Self-motivated, dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Strong desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career.

What Success Looks Like

50 outbound calls per day.
1-5 qualified appointments scheduled each week.
Accurate and timely CRM updates.
Exceptional customer service on every inbound call.
Consistent follow-up with prospects and clients.
Positive contribution to the growth and success of AzayaIT.
