Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across diverse markets. Responsibilities

Identify potential clients through targeted prospecting and networking efforts in various industries.
Conduct outside sales activities, including face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer trust.
Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation through closing and post-sale support.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, training, and development initiatives.

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales with a focus on B2B environments across various industries.
Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams toward ambitious goals.
Expertise in business development strategies that expand market reach and revenue streams.
Proficiency in marketing principles to support effective outreach campaigns.
