Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Jr. Recruiter/Administrative Assistant to join our Honolulu branch! This energetic role combines the excitement of talent acquisition with essential administrative support, ensuring our recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently. As a key player, you will help identify top talent, manage candidate communication, and support various Administrative functions to foster a positive workplace environment. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in, recruiting, and office administration within a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Duties

Assist with sourcing candidates through social media platforms, job boards, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools such as Indeed, Workday, and Career Builder.
Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview schedules for hiring productive field workers.
Support campus recruitment initiatives by engaging with university career centers and attending career fairs
Manage candidate data entry and maintain accurate records in Bullhorn
Prepare employment contracts, employee orientation materials, and onboarding documentation to ensure seamless new hire integration
Conduct research on employment & labor law updates to ensure compliance across recruitment practices
Provide general administrative support including calendar management, document filing, and correspondence handling

Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members
Proficiency in applications such as Outlook, Excel, Isolved, Word, Adobe, etc...
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience in technical recruiting or executive recruiting is a plus; ability to handle high-volume sourcing efforts confidently
Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance during hiring processes
Ability to negotiate offers and manage relationship-building activities with candidates and hiring managers
Familiarity with social media management for talent sourcing and employer branding initiatives
