Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Medical Device Sales Representative and become a vital driver of innovation in healthcare! In this energetic role, you'll leverage your technical sales expertise to promote cutting-edge medical devices to healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics. Your passion for science and medicine will help improve patient outcomes while expanding our market presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead territory management efforts, build lasting client relationships, and achieve outstanding sales results through strategic account management and compelling product demonstrations.

Duties

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
Conduct engaging product demos and technical presentations tailored to healthcare professionals’ needs.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
Manage key accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Negotiate contracts and close deals by identifying client needs and presenting optimal solutions.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and territory data using CRM systems.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or medical device/technical sales roles with a focus on healthcare products.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals through effective negotiation and deal closing skills.
Strong account management experience with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Technical expertise in scientific or medical equipment, with the ability to deliver compelling product demos.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analysis skills for managing multiple clients and territories efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for tracking sales activities.
Field sales experience within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is highly desirable.
Knowledge of enterprise selling strategies, medical sales regulations, and healthcare industry standards is a plus.
