Patient Experience Coordinator | Medical Aesthetics & Regenerative Medicine

Job Summary

Nuvo Med PLLC is seeking an experienced, polished, and service-oriented Patient Experience Coordinator to join our physician-led medical aesthetics and regenerative medicine practice. This is far more than a front desk position—our Patient Experience Coordinator is the first and last impression of our practice and plays an essential role in creating an exceptional patient journey.

The ideal candidate is warm, confident, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys building lasting relationships with patients. You thrive in a physician-led, patient-centered practice that delivers concierge-level service. You anticipate patient needs before they arise, communicate with confidence and compassion, and take pride in creating an experience that consistently exceeds expectations.

We are looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, thrives in a concierge medical environment, has a solid understanding of aesthetics , and is committed to delivering uncompromising patient care and professionalism every day. If you are passionate about aesthetics, wellness, regenerative medicine, and providing exceptional service, we would love to meet you.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist in a medical concierge office or high end luxury medical spa
Strong team player not afraid of taking initiative
Strong knowledge of aesthetics procedures
Desire to become knowledgable in regenerative medicine
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records systems
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data security
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining professionalism
