Full Job Description

Opal MD Aesthetics is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Salesperson / Consultant to join our growing team. This is a sales-focused position for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating clients, and helping grow a luxury medical spa.

As our Salesperson / Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting with prospective clients, recommending personalized treatment plans, and helping them choose the services that best align with their goals. Your primary focus will be building relationships, converting consultations into booked treatments, and delivering an exceptional luxury client experience.

You should be someone who naturally connects with people, builds trust quickly, and feels confident guiding clients toward the right decision. Responsibilities

Meet with prospective clients and understand their aesthetic goals.
Recommend personalized treatment plans and services.
Educate clients on treatments, packages, memberships, and financing options.
Build strong relationships and provide an exceptional client experience.
Follow up with leads and prospective clients.
Convert consultations into booked treatments and package sales.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless client experience.
Maintain accurate client notes and documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, luxury retail, hospitality, or other high-end sales environments is preferred.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
