SeniorQuote is looking for experienced, licensed MA agents who are ready to step into a seat where the work is already flowing. If you have Medicare Advantage experience and want more opportunities to grow as an agent, this is it.

What Makes This Different

Daily pay cycle — Generally, commissions hit via Zelle or ACH the day after a sale clears.

How It Works

Apply — We respond to every licensed applicant within 24 hours.

Who We're Looking For

Licensed MA agents with at least 1 year of Medicare Advantage telesales experience.
1099 contractors who want independence with structure behind them.
Agents who show up, stay coachable, and want to produce.
People who are done grinding on outbound and want calls coming to them.

Requirements

Active Health Insurance License — Required, no exceptions.
1 year of Medicare Advantage sales experience — Required.
2026 AHIP certification (current or willingness to obtain before AEP).
E&O insurance (current or willingness to obtain).
Clean contracting with UHC, Humana, and Aetna (no carrier blocks).
Dedicated quiet workspace, stable wired internet, computer with 8GB RAM minimum, and USB headset.

When a policy doesn't stick, some commission comes back. That's the industry.

What's different here is the mechanic. SeniorQuote uses a ledger-based offset model. Clawbacks reduce future commissions rather than pulling money out of your current paycheck. You also retain a portion of your submit commission even on policies that fall off.
