Full Job Description

LSL Brands, a retail management firm with over 35 years of industry experience operating a diverse portfolio of retail brands, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Payroll Specialist to support day-to-day financial and administrative operations. This position is an in-person non remote position located in Peddler's Village, Bucks County, PA.

This role is ideal for an organized and self-motivated professional who enjoys working independently and managing a variety of financial and operational tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Process and manage payroll accurately, on schedule, to include onboarding of new hires
Maintain financial records and organize transactions
Manage accounts payable/receivables
Support basic accounting and financial reporting tasks
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Prepare sales tax returns and maintain spreadsheets
Coordinate with management regarding financial updates and needs

Qualifications

Experience in payroll processing/new hire onboarding
Familiarity with accounting principles and bookkeeping systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop, Excel, or similar financial software preferred.
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
