Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Program Manager, Data & Operations, to lead and optimize our data-driven initiatives and operational processes. In this pivotal role, you will oversee complex program development, drive continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects. Your leadership will ensure seamless program execution, foster a culture of innovation, and enhance organizational efficiency through effective change management and process optimization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our data and operational strategies while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment committed to excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, development, and implementation of large-scale programs focused on data management and operational excellence.
Manage project portfolios utilizing tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project to ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies to adapt to evolving project requirements while maintaining momentum.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and process mapping exercises to define clear project scopes and objectives.
Conduct root cause analysis and risk assessments to identify issues proactively and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Oversee vendor management and IT infrastructure integration to support program objectives seamlessly.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
Lead team management efforts by supervising project teams, fostering collaboration, and promoting professional development through coaching and mentoring.
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders at all levels to communicate progress, negotiate scope changes, and ensure alignment across departments.
Monitor project performance metrics using earned value management (EVM) techniques to track progress against goals effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment with strong leadership capabilities.
Extensive background in program development, project planning, and lifecycle management aligned with PMBOK or similar standards.
Deep understanding of business process modeling, requirements analysis, and requirements management tools such as Confluence or SharePoint.
Proficiency in project management software including Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Primavera P6, or equivalent tools like VersionOne or Project Server.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data collection, analysis techniques (e.g., SAS), and data analysis skills essential for decision-making support.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as ERP systems, CRM platforms like Salesforce, content management systems (CMS), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Experience implementing Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Kanban for product management and process management initiatives.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings effectively and present complex ideas clearly.
Knowledge of risk management practices including scope management, schedule control, cost control, and quality assurance strategies like Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred.
