The people I have crossed paths with in this company are great. Really. But at the end of the day, it's about the pay. No paid sick days or vacation days for hourly employees, poor communication between the higher ups and cafes. If you desperately need a job, they always have positions available due to their high turnover but there are FAR better corporate dining companies out there that give their hourly employees more than just the bare minimum.

Sad to see that an organization that claims to have all sorts of resources has only 6 people at the corporate office, 3 are tied to either trying to collect money or avoiding paying suppliers, 1 is HR/Finance, one is the controller and one is operations lead plus the owner who avoids conflict with  clients and leaves his minions to deal with issues.

They are unorganized and don’t give you the proper work equipment

They want to much from you more than you position  

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
People are good managers are trash and don’t know what they are doing

Stressful & painful plus tiring

management - the leadership in this company care only for themselves
workplace culture - again, the culture is for the owner, no one else

Always appreciated the ability to grow. The company is growing quickly and have had the same challenges with staffing as many during Covid. Alan's the best. All in all I think there are a lot of good people at Dartcor, they also are ahead of their competition in where corporate dining is going.

They offer you a great job. It has pontential to be that but its not. No raises of any kind . ..no lunch breaks you have to beg for 10 min of a break. Then if you do you are lazy. ...No benefits no vacation pay

They expect you to work multiple jobs in one day. They damand a lot but no rewards for hard work

everyone is different as to what is stressful.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
your an entrepreneur chef, that gets to learn the entire business finances, staffing, customer service

If you are an asset to a company and a good employee this isnt the company for you. They will treat you like dirt and disrespect you every chance they get. There is nothing upscale about this place. The food is disgusting and just all around unsanitary. They claim to be high end but ive been served better meals from the homeless shelter.

The pay seems great until you're doing 3 peoples jobs and can't get a hold of your district manager for days. No room for growth either. Hours are nice though. 

Overall a positive experience and I learned my thing from a good company. I had received a promotion for advancement but accepted a better offer to further my career.
