Central Oregon’s largest event company is looking for a part-time Event Staff to join our team!

Lay It Out Events is the premier producer of Central Oregon events based in Bend, Oregon, specializing in creating unforgettable experiences that celebrate community, culture, and adventure. With a diverse portfolio of events ranging from festivals and races to expos and outdoor concerts, they bring people together to enjoy the best of Central Oregon’s vibrant lifestyle. Join us in celebrating local music, food, and outdoor adventure at the region’s top events including Balloons Over Bend Festival, Theater In The Park, Little Woody Beer Festival and more.

Position Summary

Lay It Out Events is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Team Members to assist with the production, set-up, and strike of our vibrant events across Central Oregon. As a key player in our event operations, you will help transform blank spaces into unforgettable experiences for attendees. If you have a passion for event production and thrive in fast-paced environments, we invite you to join our team.

Major Responsibilities/Daily Essential Functions

Requirements

Strong interest in event production.
Willingness to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
Capability to follow directions and collaborate effectively within a team.
Availability for pre-event orientation sessions.
Seasonal Work. Flexibility to work mornings, nights and weekends during the event season (July - October)
Daily hours will vary based on the event needs.
Must possess the physical strength to lift, move, and sort waste materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Previous experience in event production or a related field is a plus but not required.

Professionalism

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests, vendors, and team members.
Communicate effectively with the event management team to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines at all times.

Current Hiring Rate: $22/hr

Minimum Age Requirement: 18+
