Full Job Description

Join Our Team!The Arc of Franklin-Fulton Counties is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Program Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by coordinating services, supervising staff, and ensuring quality supports that help individuals thrive in their communities.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of individuals receiving Companion, In-Home and Community Supports (IHCS), Transportation, and Social Recreation services.
Supervise, mentor, and support Direct Support Professionals.
Attend ISP meetings and collaborate with individuals, families, Supports Coordinators, and other providers.
Complete quarterly progress reports, service observations, and monitoring.
Review service documentation to ensure compliance with Pennsylvania ODP regulations.
Assist with employee onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management.
Coordinate transportation services, schedules, and vehicle compliance.
Support agency social and recreational events.
Utilize electronic documentation systems and maintain accurate records.
Effectively manage multiple priorities, calendars, deadlines, and meeting schedules while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Demonstrate flexibility in work hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and other non-traditional hours, based on the needs of individuals served and agency operations.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field preferred. Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or in a related human services field is required.
Knowledge of Pennsylvania ODP waiver services and ISP processes is preferred.
Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, and maintain an organized schedule.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
Must be professional, dependable, and a team player with the ability to build positive relationships with individuals, families, coworkers, and community partners.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel locally.
