Front Desk Assistant

I am the owner of Vibrant Health Alternatives, a holistic health practice dedicated to helping people achieve lasting wellness through personalized, natural care. For more than 20 years, I have had the privilege of working with clients of all ages, focusing on identifying the root cause of health concerns rather than simply managing symptoms.

My practice is built on compassion, integrity, and creating a welcoming environment where every patient feels valued, heard, and genuinely cared for.

I am looking for someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in their work, communicates with kindness and professionalism, and is organized, detail-oriented, responsible, reliable, and prompt. If you enjoy building relationships with patients and want to play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience, I would love to hear from you.

Duties

Welcome patients and visitors with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with calendar management.
Maintain accurate patient records and perform general administrative tasks.
Purchase office products and maintain inventory.
Assist with office organization and occasional personal assistant duties.
Manage Google Sheets and other office software.
Strong social media skills, including creating posts, stories, reels, and engaging with followers on Facebook and Instagram.
Provide outstanding customer service while ensuring every patient feels welcome and cared for.

Qualifications

Previous front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
Excellent communication and phone skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
Social media experience is required.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Professional appearance with a positive, friendly attitude.
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
