About the Role

Future Land Capital, in partnership with Grupo Sineva, is building a high-performing residential construction and remodeling team in Miami. We're hiring an organized, persuasive Administrative & Business Development Coordinator to keep our office and projects running smoothly while also helping drive growth — following up with leads and prospects, bringing subcontractors on board as business partners, and contributing to our brand content. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a growing, entrepreneurial team where people who take initiative advance quickly.

You will be the operational hub of the team: managing schedules, documentation, and communication across clients, subcontractors, vendors, and our marketing team, keeping our CRM accurate, and moving work forward based on what is most urgent and impactful. Administration is the core of the role, but you will also pick up the phone, sell, and help build the partnerships that fuel our pipeline.

Performance Expectations & Accountability

This role is measured on reliability and follow-through. You are accountable for keeping operations organized and on time, and for consistently supporting outreach and partner growth. Success is evaluated on measures such as:

Accuracy and timeliness of CRM updates and company records
Responsiveness across clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the internal team
Outbound follow-up activity with leads and prospects
Subcontractors contacted and onboarded as business partners
On-time completion of administrative and project deadlines

What You'll Do

Provide administrative support to the office, ownership, and project management team — managing calendars, appointments, meetings, inspections, and communications.
Answer phone calls and monitor, prioritize, and respond to a high volume of emails professionally.
Maintain organized digital and physical project files, documentation, tracking logs, and compliance records.
Keep the company CRM (GoHighLevel or similar) accurate and up to date — leads, contacts, and pipeline.
Follow up with leads and prospects by phone, including cold calls, to support the sales pipeline.
Help recruit, coordinate, and onboard subcontractors and vendors as business partners, keeping their paperwork, insurance, and compliance documents current.
Serve as a communication hub across clients, prospects, leads, the marketing team, subcontractors, vendors, building management, and field personnel, including Spanish-speaking workers.
Appear in and help create video, static, and reels content for the company's social media and marketing.
Assist with preparing estimates, proposals, contracts, invoices, and other project documentation (training provided as needed).
Assist with pricing and ordering construction materials and coordinating deliveries.
Prioritize and juggle multiple requests based on urgency and impact, taking direction from more than one person.
Take on additional responsibilities as the role and the business evolve.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role; construction industry experience working with vendors and subcontractors strongly preferred.
Persuasive, professional phone communication with a sales-oriented mindset — comfortable making outbound and cold calls.
Proficiency with a CRM (GoHighLevel or similar) and the discipline to keep data clean and current.
Bilingual: fluent English (spoken and written) required; Spanish proficiency highly preferred.
Comfortable and confident on camera for social media content.
Strong computer skills — Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; advanced Excel a plus.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize by urgency and impact.
Able to take direction from multiple people and adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and business needs.
Ability to read construction plans and knowledge of basic geometry preferred.
Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver willing to take on all kinds of tasks.
Located in South Florida with reliable transportation; professional attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Compensation

Annual salary of $40,000 – $50,000, based on experience and qualifications.
Performance-based bonus opportunities may be available.
Full-time, permanent position; expected hours: 40 per week.
