Full Job Description

WHAT WE ACTUALLY DO

We run two personal training facilities on the North Shore of Long Island. Our mission is to redefine the limits of medicine through fitness.

Our clients are not shopping for a gym. They are people whose doctor told them something has to change, and they are ready to spend real money on a plan that works. Average sale is over $2,200. Annual prepays run north of $20,000.

You are not selling memberships. You are selling a clinical-grade training program to people who are motivated, informed, and serious.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Closing. Run in-person assessments using our sales method. Lead with the 12-week Advance Commitment, then convert those clients to long-term memberships or annual prepays at the week-11 body composition scan. We train you on every step.

The funnel. This is the part most sales jobs do not give you. You own your pipeline in GoHighLevel end to end. Five-minute response on every lead, full follow-up sequence, no opportunity without a dated next step, and working our dormant lead database back to life. If you have ever lost deals because someone else nurtured your leads badly, you will appreciate this.

Partnerships. Referral relationships with physicians, physical therapists, chiropractors, country clubs and corporate wellness programs. You get 12.5 protected hours a weekThe 12.5 hour field block on the schedule for it, not as time allows. It is blocked, published weekly, and it is where our top earners make the difference.

THE SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 37.5 hours a week, with a 30 minute unpaid meal break. 25 on site at one of our facilities and a 12.5 hour protected field block on partnership development.

This is an in-person role. No nights, no Saturdays, no Sundays. Our early mornings, evenings and weekends are covered by two dedicated part time seats. This seat is non exempt, every hour is recorded in Mindbody including your field hours, and anything past 40 in a workweek pays overtime at $50.00 an hour.

HOW YOU GET PAID

$65,000 base salary, every two weeks. Not a draw. You keep it.

Plus 13% of everything you produce above a floor, and 18% once you pass $30,000 in a two-week period. The floor is currently $13,440.

Produce $16,800 in a two-week period and you are at about $76,000 a year.

Produce $18,000 and you are at about $80,000.

Produce $21,589 and you are at about $92,500.

Produce $25,000 and you are at about $104,000.

Produce $28,000 and you are at about $114,000.

Produce $32,000 and you are at about $130,000.

Produce $40,000 and you are at about $167,000.

No cap, and the rate goes UP as you produce more. Most plans quietly cut your percentage once you get good. This one raises it.

Business you generate yourself multiplies. A client from a partnership you built, an event you worked, or your own outreach gets multiplied before commission is calculated, 1.5x for one self-generated sale in a period and 2x for two or more. At normal production, two self-generated sales per pay period is worth an extra $32,000 a year to you.

Plus 5% on every annual prepay you close or convert. A Signature annual prepay pays $1,040.

Plus 15% on supplements.

First 3 pay periods, 6 weeks: guaranteed $1,250 minimum commission per pay period while you learn the offer and build a pipeline, as long as you are hitting your standards. That is a $97,500 annualized pace out of the gate. After that it is base plus what you produce.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Two or more years closing in person, consultatively. Fitness, medical device, home services, insurance, high-ticket retail, it all translates.

A track record with numbers in it. We will ask what you closed, at what rate, and how you got the leads.

CRM discipline. You own the pipeline. If logging your work feels like busywork, this is not your job.

Someone who builds their own business. The 12.5 hour field block is the difference between $92,000 and $130,000 here. If you have only ever worked leads that were handed to you, tell us honestly and we will talk about whether that is a fit.

Genuine interest in health and fitness. You do not need to be a trainer.

Reliable transportation between Mount Sinai and Stony Brook.

ONE THING WE WILL BE STRAIGHT ABOUT

We publish our compensation math. You will see the exact floor, the exact rate, and the exact multiplier before you accept anything, and the plan does not get renegotiated when we raise prices, because it indexes automatically.

We would rather have a hard conversation in the interview than a surprise on a paycheck.

READ THIS PART BEFORE YOU APPLY

This is a phone job before it is a closing job. The minimum is 100 outbound dials a day, logged in our CRM. Most of that is follow-up, no-show recovery, and working a database of people who already raised their hand. It is not cold calling strangers off a purchased list.

We are putting that in the ad on purpose. Our leads are not the problem. Our follow-up is. If picking up the phone 100 times a day sounds like a grind you would rather avoid, this is not your seat, and we would both rather find that out now than in week three.
