Full Job Description

Carson is currently seeking an Office Support team member to join our Eugene Lubes department. This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations by ensuring customer orders, billing, and inventory processes are handled accurately and efficiently.

Originating as a heating oil provider in Portland, we have expanded our reach across the Pacific Northwest, offering a diverse range of services including fuels, lubricants, propane, industrial solutions, and more. Our commitment to customer satisfaction drives our success and inspires our dedicated team!

Key Responsibilities

· Enter customer orders into the system daily with a high level of accuracy

· Coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse staff and drivers

· Bill customer deliveries within established SLA requirements

· Manage and coordinate transfer orders between branches

· Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service

· Assist will-call customers, including processing cash and credit card payments

· Support inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies

· Assist with receiving materials into the purchase order system

· Provide support in the warehouse as needed (receiving freight, picking orders)

· Take on additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy

· Basic math skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Windows, and Excel

· High school diploma or GED required

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

· Forklift experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

· Ability to work while standing, sitting, and walking

· Ability to communicate effectively (speech, vision, and hearing)

· Use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation

· Ability to bend, squat, crawl, climb, and reach

· Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and safely move within a warehouse environment
