Overview

Join our dynamic organization as a Human Resources Manager, where you will lead and shape our people strategies to foster a thriving, engaged, and compliant workforce. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive impactful HR initiatives, streamline processes, and cultivate a positive organizational culture. You will serve as a key partner to leadership, ensuring our human capital management practices align with business goals and regulatory standards. Your energetic approach will inspire teams and promote continuous improvement across all HR functions.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent through effective sourcing channels and employer branding initiatives.
Oversee employee orientation programs, onboarding processes, and ongoing training & development activities to enhance workforce skills and engagement.
Manage performance appraisal systems, employee evaluations, and succession planning efforts to support career growth and organizational stability.
Administer benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, and compliance with employment & labor laws while ensuring regulatory adherence such as FMLA, OSHA, and HR legal standards.
Lead change management initiatives by designing organization structures, workforce planning, and implementing strategic HR projects that align with company objectives.
Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, facilitating conflict management and fostering a positive work environment.
Utilize HRIS systems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection, payroll processing, data analysis via Excel, and maintaining confidential personnel records.

Skills

Extensive experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance.
Proficiency in human capital management software such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or ADP; familiarity with ATS platforms like iCIMS or Lever is preferred.
Demonstrated ability in project management, organization design, strategic planning, and workforce management to optimize HR operations.
Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations, training delivery, and collaboration with leadership teams.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel data analysis for reporting on HR metrics and compliance tracking.
Knowledge of benefits administration including payroll processing through systems like Paychex or Dayforce; experience handling confidential information is essential.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
