Job Summary

Join micro1 as a Community Manager and play a pivotal role in creating an engaging, supportive, and inclusive online community. You will be responsible for moderating discussions, assisting community members, resolving issues, and fostering meaningful engagement across multiple communication channels.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, and building thriving online communities. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure community feedback is heard and translated into continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and moderate online communities to maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.
Respond to customer questions and concerns promptly with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication.
De-escalate conflicts and resolve sensitive situations while maintaining positive community interactions.
Develop and execute engagement initiatives that encourage participation and strengthen community relationships.
Gather community feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve products, services, and user experience.
Manage multiple conversations and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Create clear, engaging written communications for announcements, updates, and community interactions.
Track community trends, sentiment, and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in customer support, community management, or online moderation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on empathy and customer experience.
Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality support.
Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about creating exceptional community experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing large online communities.
Familiarity with community management platforms, CRM systems, and customer support tools.
Experience using analytics to measure community engagement and identify growth opportunities.
Passion for building strong relationships and fostering positive user experiences.
Previous experience in technology, SaaS, AI, or high-growth startup environments.
