Financial Clerk in Medical Practice

Your Family Fertility PLLC is a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Medical Practice that is passionate about helping build families. Working at Your Family Fertility is like working with family.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Proficiency and Experience in Online Quickbook Program Required
Preferably some knowledge of Medent electronic health records system
Experience in bill processing, reconciliation of bank and accounts receivable/payable
Experience in Account payable and accounts receivable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good judgment.
Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Associate Degree in Accounting a plus
Proficiency in handling and processing of financial data in Online Quickbook’s program
Proficiency in Accounts payable and receivable
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power point,
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
Excellent telephone etiquette (must be pleasant and enthusiastic).
Strong written communication skills.
Willingness to be flexible, jump in where needed, multi-task.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Detail oriented and meticulous (accurate data entry).
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently but take direction when needed.

Salary: salary commensurate with experience
