As a Dental Treatment Coordinator at JLM Dental Studio, you'll be at the heart of our mission to enhance lives through exceptional dental care. You'll manage appointment schedules, facilitate seamless communication between patients and our dental team, and assist with financial aspects of treatment plans, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

A dental office treatment coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating smooth communication between patients and the dental team. Here are the key responsibilities associated with the position:

Daily Tasks:

Appointment Scheduling.
Coordinate and manage the dental appointment schedule, considering the availability of dentists and hygienists.
Schedule routine check-ups, cleanings, and specific dental procedures based on patient needs and treatment plans.

Patient Communication:

Communicate with patients to schedule appointments, follow up on missed appointments, and send reminders.
Address patient inquiries, provide information about upcoming appointments, and offer assistance in understanding treatment plans.

Treatment Plan Presentation:

Work with patients to develop payment arrangements and ensure financial agreements are clear.

Schedule follow-up appointments and provide reminders to patients as necessary.

Record Keeping and Documentation:
