Full Job Description

Pay: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour, commensurate with relevant experience
Additional Compensation: Performance-based bonus opportunities
Growth Upside: Pathway toward senior front desk, lead concierge, or management support responsibility
Schedule: Weekday availability required. Saturday availability preferred. Flexible scheduling may be available based on role, availability, and business needs.

About the Role

Beauté Paris Med Spa & Wellness is seeking a polished, organized, and service-minded Front Desk Administrator / Client Experience Concierge.

This is not a basic receptionist role. The front desk is central to how every client experiences the brand, from first inquiry through post-treatment follow-up.

What You Will Do

· Welcome clients with warmth, polish, and professionalism

· Manage check-in, check-out, appointment flow, and client communication

· Answer phone calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally

· Schedule appointments accurately and guide clients to the right service or consultation

· Support rebooking, follow-up, waitlist opportunities, and client retention

· Help reduce missed calls, missed texts, scheduling gaps, and missed revenue opportunities

· Process payments, packages, memberships, retail sales, and service checkouts

· Keep reception, retail, and guest-facing spaces polished and organized

· Support providers with daily schedule awareness and client flow

· Escalate client concerns with maturity, discretion, and good judgment

Requirements

· Prior front desk, client service, med spa, medical office, aesthetics, wellness, spa, luxury hospitality, or high-end retail experience preferred

· Professional presence and polished communication style

· Strong phone, text, email, and in-person communication skills

· Comfortable with scheduling software, POS systems, client records, phone, text, email, task lists, memberships, packages, rebooking, and client follow-up

· Reliable, punctual, steady, and detail-oriented

· Sales-aware without being pushy

· Able to support rebooking, retail, memberships, packages, and client follow-up

· Discreet and mature with client information and private conversations
