We are seeking an experienced batender that has a strong working knowledge of spirits and cocktails, both classic and contemporary. We pride ourselves on being among the most consistent and innovative bars in Boise. To be successful in this program a candidate will need to start with a depth of knowledge and skill that can be further built upon.

Applicants must be committed to excellence; have passion for their craft; act with grace; and demonstrate integrity in everything that they do. Have a strong understanding of the true definition of hospitality. Have experience in executing fine dining standards in a team environment. Strong food and beverage knowledge. Excellent communication and people skills. Show an honest desire for growth and daily education. Find ways to help others whenever and wherever possible. Perform additional duties as required by the needs of the business and guest or manager requests.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has extensive experience in a bar setting, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. A successful candidate will have a passion for bartending, a deep understanding of spirits and cocktails, and excellent hospitality skills.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and take orders.
Mix drinks according to recipes and customer requests.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Ensure that all customers are served in a timely manner.
Ensure that all beverages are prepared according to health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
