Electrical Estimator (All Levels: Entry–Senior)

Full-Time | Preconstruction Services | Boise, ID

We’re growing our Preconstruction team and are hiring an Electrical Estimator. We’re open to candidates from entry level through senior level — experience matters, but attitude, integrity, and team fit matter more.

What You’ll Do

Prepare accurate estimates for budgets, bids, and design-build/design-assist projects
Review plans/specs, identify gaps, and coordinate with GCs, engineers, and design partners
Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
Develop clear scope sheets, assumptions, and handoff documentation
Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers

Senior-Level Responsibilities:

Lead complex estimates and proposal strategy
Present estimates to clients and partners
Mentor and support junior estimators

What We’re Looking For

Entry–Mid Level

2+ years of electrical estimating (preferred)
Journeyman/Master Electrician license or equivalent experience
Strong attention to detail and desire to grow
Solid communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Senior Level

10+ years of estimating and/or design-build experience
Advanced technical estimating skills
Strong client-facing and presentation abilities
Proven leadership and mentorship experience
