$145,000 – $185,000+ Annual Earning Potential | Performance-Based | No Ceiling

You know how to motivate a sales team. You can read a deal, hold gross, and get the most out of a salesperson who’s close but not there yet. The problem isn’t your ability.

The problem is where you’re doing it.

You’re stuck in a “franchise” grind. Manufacturer overlay changes every quarter. Manager meetings that go nowhere. Decisions that require sign-off from someone three levels above you who’s never been on a floor.

That’s not what this is.

WHAT YOU’RE WALKING INTO

Kitsap Auto Outlet has been independently owned and operated for 18 years. We retail 100 vehicles a month with a clear path to 125. Our process is built. Structured sales system, a trained team, and 1,000+ leads coming in every month.

The infrastructure exists. What we need is someone who can execute with the salespeople and own the process from the floor up.

You’ll report to the GSM. The layer between you and decisions is thin. When something needs to change, it changes.

WHAT THE ROLE IS

This is a hands-on, floor-level leadership role. You own the sales process, from how the team greets a customer to how a deal closes. You’re not observing from the tower. You’re in it with your team.

When a salesperson is struggling with a customer, you don’t send notes, you sit down with the customer, you read the situation, you help move the deal forward, and you turn it into a teaching moment on the way out. Your involvement with customers is not a last resort. It’s part of how you lead.

You’re also working deals alongside your team every day, holding gross, managing the desk, coaching in real time. The best version of this role looks like a player-coach who makes everyone around them sharper.

WHAT WE NEED

Leadership experience, franchise or independent, both considered
You hold gross without losing the customer
You’re comfortable sitting with customers when a deal needs it, it’s not beneath you, it’s part of the job
You develop salespeople through involvement, not just instruction
You own the process end-to-end and hold your team to the same standard you hold yourself
You can tell us what your store was doing in units, gross, and why
