Skyterra Wellness is looking for Prep Cook/Dishwasher. At Skyterra Wellness, you’ll not only work at one of the Best Places to Work in Brevard, but you’ll also work with the best people. Schedule

6:30am to 2:00pm or 11:30am to 7pm

Full or part time

Pay Range

$14 to $16 hour

Qualifications

Kitchen experience is a plus, but not a requirement

Responsibilities

Job duties include, but are not limited to preparing items from prep lists, Plating meals, maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen. They will assist with preparation and plating of meals.
Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely meal preparation
Support the dietitian and chef in meeting each guest's special dietary requirements

Experience

Previous experience working in a restaurant or catering kitchen is preferred
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures

Skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends
