Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Weekend Receptionist to join our dynamic team! This vital role ensures smooth front desk operations during weekend hours, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, creating a welcoming environment for all who enter the office
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and managing visitor sign-in procedures
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and other office management tools
Support administrative tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing office supplies
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders
Scanning important NYS documents.

Qualifications

Proven office administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential
Knowledge of clerical procedures such as filing, proofreading, and calendar management is required
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude
Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
