Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and personable Front of House Staff to create memorable experiences for our guests in a vibrant hospitality environment. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring that every visitor receives exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth flow of service.
Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, handling cash transactions with precision.
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
Provide expert knowledge on menu items, including wine pairings and dietary options, to enhance guest experience.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, cleaning surfaces, and adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures.
Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic plating or garnishing under supervision.
Ensure compliance with food safety management protocols and handle food safely during service.
Assist in food handling activities during catering or banquet events, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
Operate kitchen equipment safely when required and support manual handling tasks such as lifting or moving supplies.
Uphold hospitality standards by delivering in-person customer service that is friendly, attentive, and professional at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability in food service roles with a focus on customer satisfaction and hospitality excellence.
Knowledge of wine varieties and serving techniques enhances guest interactions.
Familiarity with food safety sanitizing procedures, cleaning protocols, and proper food handling practices.
Experience operating POS systems for processing transactions accurately.
Exposure to catering or banquet settings is a plus, showcasing versatility in various service environments.
Ability to handle weight handling tasks in the workplace safely while maintaining efficiency.
