Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in office software, and have a knack for multitasking in a steady environment.

Duties

Serve as the first point of contact for New and Existing Patients, as well as Vendors to provide a warm welcome and professional service.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with a focus on patient flow and profile management.
Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically to ensure easy access to information.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software applications including Open Dental and Dental Software.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for team members as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office organization.
Support financial recordkeeping through computerized systems and assist with billing processes when required.

Experience
Candidates should have experience in an administrative role or similar capacity with the following skills:

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Open Dental for basic financial tracking and reporting.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patient population.
Excellent computer literacy to navigate various dental software programs confidently.
Experience in proofreading documents to ensure professionalism in all communications.
A background in the dental front office that emphasizes responsiveness and problem-solving capabilities.
