As a Marketing Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to client success while gaining hands-on experience alongside an energetic and collaborative team.

As a Marketing Associate, you will assist in carrying out our client’s in-store marketing campaigns, helping to promote products and services and generate new business. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. If you are passionate about marketing and eager to work alongside a supportive and innovative team, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Represent client brands professionally through face-to-face customer interactions in a retail environment
Assist with in-store marketing events, promotional campaigns, and customer outreach initiatives
Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services
Deliver personalized customer experiences that build positive relationships, increase brand awareness, and encourage long-term customer loyalty
Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve sales and marketing campaign efforts
Track basic customer interactions and sales activity
Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on sales and face-to-face marketing techniques

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
0–1 year of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is helpful but not required
Strong communication and people skills
Willingness to learn and take direction
Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail
