NOW HIRING: Community Association Manager – HOA/CIC

Full-Time | HOA & Common Interest Community Management | Immediate Interviews

A growing property management organization is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of HOAs and Common Interest Communities (CICs). This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, professional manager who understands association governance, enjoys working with boards and homeowners, and can confidently manage multiple communities and competing priorities.

Previous experience managing Common Interest Communities, HOAs, or similar community associations is Preferred. Candidates should have a strong understanding of association governing documents, board relations, financial management, compliance, and Colorado community association regulations.

What You'll Do

Manage the daily operations and administrative needs of assigned HOAs and Common Interest Communities
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, Board members, vendors, and community partners
Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and consistent follow-through
Work closely with Boards of Directors to support community goals and decision-making
Coordinate and lead Board and association meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, and minutes
Develop and manage community budgets and assist with financial reviews and presentations
Review and interpret governing documents, including CCRs, bylaws, rules, regulations, and policies
Ensure association policies, procedures, and governing documents are properly administered
Coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, bids, projects, and community improvements
Oversee enforcement, collections, architectural/design review, and other association processes
Coordinate with real estate agents, title companies, and lending institutions regarding requested documents
Conduct property inspections and follow up on community action items
Maintain accurate records, communications, and documentation using association management software
Assist with capital reserve planning and insurance administration
Support website and community management software administration
Stay current with applicable Colorado laws, including CCIOA and Colorado nonprofit regulations
Provide professional guidance and education to Board members and homeowners

What We're Looking For

Required:

3–5+ years of Community Association Management experience
Direct experience managing HOAs and/or Common Interest Communities (CICs)
Strong understanding of association governing documents and Board structure
Knowledge of CCIOA and Colorado community association requirements
Experience with budgeting, financial reviews, and association operations
Strong meeting management and presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organization, time management, and follow-through
Professional demeanor and commitment to exceptional customer service
Reliable transportation and flexibility to attend occasional evening meetings

Preferred:

CAM, CMCA, AMS, or similar community association credentials
Experience managing multiple communities simultaneously
Experience with architectural/design review
Capital reserve planning experience
Vendor and maintenance coordination experience
Experience with community association management software
