Administrative Assistant with the potential to move into Business Management

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves a variety of responsibilities that support both our clients and internal operations. We’re looking for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to and returning phone calls promptly
Scheduling appointments with clients and customers
Managing billing for insurance companies and private clients
Assisting with social media content and advertising efforts
Running occasional errands as needed
Maintaining and organizing a waitlist for therapy clients; providing information to potential clients
Conducting research projects and assisting with event planning and coordination
Supporting general administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable interacting with people and handling numerical data
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Reliable transportation and strong communication skills are essential

We are looking for a long-term team member and are happy to train the right candidate. This position offers flexible responsibilities that can total up to full-time hours based on the combination of duties.

Administrative Assistant / Business Manager

Seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. Must be self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently or with a team.

Duties include:

· Answering/returning calls

· Scheduling appointments

· Billing insurance and clients

· Updating website

· Social media and advertising

· Running occasional errands

· Managing therapy waitlist and client inquiries

· Assisting with research and event planning

· Overseeing retreats and special events

Requirements:

· Good with people and numbers

· Strong attention to detail

· Reliable transportation and communication

· Willingness to learn; training provided

· Bonus if you have animal / horse experience and can help with rides when needed!

Wage: This is starting $20-$25 / hour with the ability to move into Business management position with significantly higher wage again, depending on experience, education and the ability to bring in revenue streams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
