We're Looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and hands-on Marketing and Communications Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of our marketing efforts. This role will manage the marketing calendar, create and coordinate content, support events and community engagement, manage digital communications, and use performance data to continually improve our marketing.

You’ll work closely with Sales and company leadership to turn projects, customer stories, events, and community involvement into marketing that builds brand awareness, engages prospective customers, and generates qualified leads.

What You’ll Do:

Manage the marketing calendar across campaigns, events, email, social media, website updates, and company initiatives.
Plan and execute events from budgeting and promotion through logistics, on-site coordination, lead capture, and follow-up.
Create and coordinate content including social media, email, website content, photography, video, and other marketing materials.
Manage social media and digital communications, maintaining a consistent brand voice and engaging content cadence.
Maintain email campaigns and website content, including audience lists, workflows, and CMS updates.
Partner with Sales on campaigns, sales materials, events, messaging, and lead follow-up.
Coordinate outside vendors and specialists supporting SEO, analytics, digital marketing, search, and other marketing initiatives.
Track marketing performance and prepare monthly reporting that highlights results, opportunities, and next steps.
Manage the marketing budget, tracking spending and helping prioritize resources based on business impact.

What We Need:

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a strong eye for tone and detail.
Hands-on experience with social media, email marketing, and website content management.
Experience creating or coordinating short-form video, photography, and simple graphics.
Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and accountability.
Comfortable working with marketing data and using performance insights to improve campaigns.
A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with Sales, leadership, vendors, and community partners.

Nice to Have:

Experience in homebuilding, residential construction, real estate, or a related industry.
Familiarity with GA4, SEO, local search, and digital lead generation.
Experience managing agencies, freelancers, photographers, videographers, or other outside partners.
Experience using AI tools to support content creation, research, workflow efficiency, and search visibility.
