Luma Consulting Group is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and motivated Executive/Personal Assistant & Business Operations Assistant to work directly with the founder of a growing consulting and healthcare operations company.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, organization, problem-solving, and being involved in the growth of multiple businesses. The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how businesses operate behind the scenes.

This is not a traditional administrative position. You will work closely with an entrepreneur managing multiple healthcare and service-based businesses and will gain hands-on exposure to business operations, healthcare administration, client communication, scheduling, systems development, and business growth.

The role will include a combination of remote work, administrative projects, personal organization support, and occasional in-person assistance from the owner’s home office. Candidates should feel comfortable working in a home office environment and providing in-person support as needed.

Responsibilities may include:

Business Operations Support

Assist with administrative tasks across multiple businesses managed by Luma Consulting Group
Support scheduling, organization, documentation, and operational workflows
Assist with client communication and professional correspondence
Help maintain organized business systems, files, and processes
Assist with healthcare administrative projects, including documentation and workflow support
Support billing-related administrative tasks and organization
Assist with research, project coordination, and business development tasks
Help create and maintain efficient systems as the company continues to grow

Executive & Personal Assistance Support

Assist the founder with organization and day-to-day efficiency
Help organize personal and professional spaces, including office areas, files, closets, and household systems
Assist with occasional errands such as grocery pickup, supply pickup, shipping, car-related errands, or other administrative tasks
Help prepare materials, organize priorities, and support daily planning
Assist with projects that improve productivity and allow the founder to focus on higher-level business growth

Please note: This is not a cleaning position. Professional cleaning services are handled separately. This role focuses on organization, coordination, efficiency, and helping manage business and personal tasks that support productivity.

Preferred Qualifications:

Administrative, executive assistant, office management, healthcare, customer service, or operations experience
Experience with scheduling, email communication, documentation, or CRM systems
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new platforms

Additional Requirements:

Located in Connecticut (Preferably in Fairfield County or the surrounding area)
Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license preferred
Ability to pass a background check
Strong references preferred

Opportunity for Growth:

This role provides the opportunity to work directly with an entrepreneur building and expanding multiple businesses. The right person will gain exposure to operations, healthcare administration, sales, marketing, systems, and business development.

As the company grows, there will be opportunities for increased responsibility and involvement in new projects and business initiatives.

Starting compensation: $18–$20/hour based on experience, with opportunities for increased responsibilities and compensation as the role develops.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
