Full Job Description

Job Position: Purchasing & AP Administrator

Location: Hendersonville, NC 28792

Pay Rate: $21.00/hr

Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, 40/hours Temporary Assignment

Friday Workforce Solutions is currently recruiting for a temporary Administrator/Assistant on the Purchasing department, for our client in Hendersonville, 28792.

Responsibilities:
Key vendor invoices into Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT and Envi for processing.

Scan, index, and upload vendor invoices and supporting documentation into the financial system.

Review invoices and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.

Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation.

Assist with creating and processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders.

Maintain vendor files, purchasing records, contracts, and procurement documentation.

Obtain, organize, and file vendor quotes and supporting procurement documents.

Track purchase orders and follow up on outstanding orders and deliveries.

Support vendor onboarding and maintenance of vendor information.

Assist departments with purchasing requests and procurement-related inquiries.

Monitor purchasing and Accounts Payable documentation to ensure timely processing and routing for approval.

Scan and convert paper purchasing and invoice records into electronic files.

Maintain electronic filing systems and records in accordance with organizational policies.

Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents as needed.

Assist with data entry, document management, and records retention.

Provide administrative support during the Envi implementation, including document preparation, workflow validation, records conversion, testing support, and post-go-live stabilization.

Perform other Purchasing Department administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
