Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a hard working Maintenance Technician to train with our current staff to maintain the operational integrity of our manufacturing facility. This role involves ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing equipment performance and doing preventive maintenance on Foundry Casting machinery. The perfect candidate is not afraid to be hands on, work hard and get dirty. This full-time role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment with a focus on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing facility equipment.
Utilize PMs(Computerized Preventive Maintenance System) for scheduling preventive maintenance and tracking work orders.
Conduct repairs using precision measuring instruments, schematics, welding and mechanical knowledge.
Perform analysis of equipment performance to identify issues proactively and implement corrective actions.
Manage field service activities related to industrial maintenance, including working with industrial electricians and mechanics.
Use of industrial equipment safely for maintenance tasks at various heights.
Collaborate with technical sales teams to support customer service initiatives when needed.
Follow safety protocols related to high voltage, electrical work, and industrial mechanics to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing facility environment.
Skilled in welding techniques.
Knowledge of field service operations in an industrial setting is preferred.
Excellent analysis skills combined with strong problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills in English; customer service experience is a plus.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
