Administrator

Location: St. Louis, MO
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible 8-hour workday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Position Summary

Second Sight Systems is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to support our daily operations. This is an in-office position that plays a key role in maintaining accurate data, generating reports, supporting payroll and billing functions, and coordinating schedules. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and eager to learn multiple work order management systems while working in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain operational data with a high degree of accuracy.
Generate and distribute reports for management and clients.
Learn and utilize various work order management systems.
Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
Support payroll administration and timekeeping functions.
Coordinate schedules and assist with workforce resource planning.
Communicate professionally with customers, field personnel, and management.
Maintain organized records and documentation.
Support additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to learn new software systems quickly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous administrative, office support, payroll, billing, or data management experience preferred but not required.
