Full Job Description

Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and efficiently served, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your energy, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will drive memorable moments for every guest. Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as TOAST
Serve food, beverages, cocktails, with professionalism and flair, maintaining proper service etiquette
Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash and credit card payments securely
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly
Assist with food handling, beverage preparation, and basic food industry procedures to support overall restaurant operations

Qualifications

Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST POS
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail in math calculations
Food safety certification or willingness to obtain required sanitation training prior to employment
Experience in dining environments or high-volume restaurants is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently and enhance guest satisfaction
